These speakers are compact, have a sleek appearance, and come with a travel bag and cord holder. All of which make them an appealing purchase. The problem is that when charging, these speakers have a very loud buzzing noise. The noise is so annoying that the speakers are pretty useless during the charging time. In addition, the magnetic base is worrisome since it can damage computer hard drives and monitors. You never know who will move your speakers to an unwanted place...an unnecessary risk given all the other speakers out there.

The speakers that I purchased are uninspiring and one functions intermittently leaving me with mono rather than stereo. This is the second set of mini speakers which have functioned in this way - I've owned them for about 2 months.

Volume is ok but not great. The poor performance does not make up for the portability. A clunky $12 set of speakers would be fine for a desktop and they are NOT a $30 improvement over my Android speakers. Simply not worth the money.

These little speakers are great. Wish I would have bought them sooner. Now I can listen to my music collection on my iPad while I'm working in my yard and the sound is loud and clear several feet away. I like the little blue light feature that let's you know when to recharge the speakers, it's a clever idea and also the lights are a reminder that the speakers are still "on" after the iPad is off. We also listen to Internet talk radio using these speakers and I can't believe how nice and clear the sound is, some times it is better than the plug in radio.
